online and when I snapped out of it, I was surprised

...Don't jump around from email, to FB, to Skype
...Match your skills to the task, and hire out and
invest in the rest of the things you need done.

...Have Super clear Goals.
...Avoid interruptions and multitasking like the

...Focus on the process, not just the end goal.
i.e. Flow requires enjoying the journey...
Those are all some great tips IF you use them,
but my two personal tops are #1) knowing each day
exactly what I need to be doing...
Which can be accomplished by at the end of each
work day or at the beginning of each morning (before
opening up the computer!), and writing out your big
needle mover to-do's and tasks that will move your
business forward into the profit zones...
And #2) avoiding overwhelm by not trying to do it all
yourself...Make Money Home
Sadly however, that's exactly what most people do.
They don't understand the time, money, emotional
and physical stress, and the resources required in
order to do it all yourself...
Long hours, several years, lot's of time alone in front
